Each piece at Woodstyle is custom made, and the typical production time is 10-12 weeks. For urgent orders, an additional fee will apply. Please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Payment Terms
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin production, with the remaining 50% due on the shipping date.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 3 days of placement. We do not accept cancellations for rush orders once they have been made.
Return Policy
Due to the custom made nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. We will provide care instructions to ensure your piece stays in great condition.
