Shipping and Delivery
We use trustworthy freight carriers. Shipping costs are calculated before placing the order and depend on the destination country. Delivery does not include bringing furniture to the interior. Each piece is carefully packed and it is safely delivered to your door. Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their respective countries.
Damaged Goods
Please inspect your items thoroughly upon receipt. If you notice any damage, we ask that you document it with clear photos of both the items and packaging before and after unpacking. All damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
